Jazz and Desserts night

On November 22nd Emmy helped serve desserts at the Jazz and Desserts night to benefit Greeley West's music department. Grandma, Brian and I purchased tickets and enjoyed a night of music & treats.

Cousin's weekend

We had Allison & Jon's girls this weekend while they held a fundraiser. The girls enjoyed a weekend of playing, sledding, doing crafts, going to church, and having a "sleepover".

Megan is a Turkey!

Megan came home today dressed as a turkey. She had a turkey trot with the 6th graders at school. :)

Laundry troubles...

Brian and I fixed the VERY squeaky dryer this past Monday. The dryer has been making really awful noises for a couple months...

 I was tired of hearing it....so this past Saturday Brian started the process to fix it.

After! We purchased a new pulley and spring and it sounds like new!

I can say that I am very grateful for the washer and dryer! I sure missed it over the weekend and did not enjoy how log it took to hang dry the laundry during Colorado winter temperatures! :)

Middle and high school expo

Megan, Kevin and I went to the expo on November 6th at UCCC. All the high school's and middle schools were there to answer questions about the new middle and high schoolers for next year. Kevin was trilled to go around and get some cool items to bring home including a backpack with an expo shirt. Megan was in the band representing Chappelow Magnet School. They did a wonderful job!
